TUITION AND FEES 2012
  • A U.S. $ 125.00 non-refundable registration fee is required upon enrollment.
  • General English classes meet from 9:00 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. OR from 13:30 p.m. to 17:10 p.m. Timetable may vary without notice.
  • All group programs have a maximum of 14 students in a class. If Monday is a holiday, classes will start on Tuesday.
  • Absolute beginners are required to attend private classes until they can reach the A1 Beginner level.
  • HOLIDAYS: in 2012, the school will be closed on: April 6, May 28, July 4, September 3, November 22 and 23, December 21, 24, 25 and 31.
  • TLA reserves the right to replace group classes with private classes at a 5:1 ratio. Please read the enrollment rules and conditions carefully.

  • Executive Programs start on the First and Third Monday of each month. Executive classes have a maximum of 5 students.
  • Level Requisite - Upper Intermediate C1. Students who don't meet the level requirement may be assigned to a General English Course.
  • TLA reserves the right to cancel the course by giving students a 2-week notice, with all monies refunded.
  • Executive Group classes may be combined with ESP private lessons focused on English for Tourism, Law, Marketing, Trade, Finance, IT and Aviation.
PRIVATE LESSONS

TEST PREPARATION
TOEFL-TOEIC-IELTS TP 20 lessons 17 - 960/ 4 weeks $225
INTENSIVE TOEFL ITP 30 lessons 27 F1 Visa 1500/ 4 weeks $375
  • TOEFL, TOEIC, GRE, IELTS and all test preparation courses have a textbook and materials fee of US $ 75 per course.
  • The minimum enrollment for all test preparation courses is 4 weeks. The TOEFL test fee (credit card required) is payable directly to ETS Corporation.
  • TOEIC exam and TLA administrative fee = US $125.00 (TLA is a TOEIC test center).
  • Minimum level for the Test preparation programs: Intermediate B2
  • IELTS Preparation start dates: January 2nd , February 27th , April 23rd , June 18th , August 13th, and October 8th
  • TLA is an official iBT TOEFL Test center. However, TOEFL students are responsible for scheduling their own test appointment with ETS.

  • The Cambridge exam fee ($375), book and administrative processing fee are NOT included in the tuition and are non-refundable.
  • Requisite levels - FCE: Intermediate B2 - CAE: Upper intermediate C1
  • Test dates are provided by the Cambridge exam center. They are deemed to be valid at the time this price list is issued and may change without notice.
  • TLA will not be responsible for any date change that may occur.
  • The Cambridge test center is located in Miami. Students must arrange their own transportation to the center.
