| Apartment residences are located either downtown
or in the beach area and within 5 miles of TLA. The location will only be confirmed AFTER
payment is received. All apartments are furnished and have linen, towels, television and
telephone. An efficiency is a large room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. A one-bedroom
apartment has a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a full kitchen. The rate
is for one occupant. Each additional occupant pays $ 10 per day. For insurance purposes,
we allow a maximum of 2 occupants in an efficiency unit and a maximum of 3 adults or two
adults and two children under twelve in a one-bedroom unit.

| General Conditions:
Accommodations are only offered to active TLA students. We do not arrange same-room sharing.
If you have any specific needs (no pets, allergies, etc.) please let us know in advance. For
homestays, arrivals are always on Sundays and departures on Saturdays (one week=6 nights). Each
night between Saturday and Sunday will be invoiced as an extra night. Latest arrival time at
homestays is 11:00 p.m. Apartments: one week = 7 nights. Occupants as indicated. Housing will
be confirmed based on availability. If the accommodation you selected is not available we will
provide you with a suitable alternative. A $200 deposit is required to book an accommodation.
TLA will retain the housing deposit if cancellations are received less than 48 hours before the
scheduled arrival date.
