The minimum reservation period for homestay accommodation is 12 nights. PLEASE NOTE that prices are quoted and invoiced at a
per-night price, not on a weekly basis.
Arrival is always on Sunday and departure always on Saturday morning. Mid-week arrivals or departures are not available in July
and August. Homestay accommodation is only available to active TLA students. Students who intend to interrupt their homestay
to travel and wish to come back to the same house after their travels, will not be allowed to leave their luggage or personal
property at the house.

Apartment residences are located either downtown or in the beach area and within 5 miles of TLA. The location will only be
confirmed AFTER payment is received. All apartments are furnished and have linen, towels, television and telephone.
EFFICIENCY: A large room with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT: An apartment with a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a full kitchen.
EXECUTIVE STUDIOS: Bedroom, kitchenette and private bathroom located in full service buildings or hotel facilities.
The rates are for one occupant. Each additional occupant pays $ 10 per day. For insurance purposes, we allow a maximum of 2
occupants in an efficiency unit and a maximum of 3 adults or two adults and two children under twelve in a one-bedroom unit.

General Conditions: Accommodations are only offered to active TLA students. TLA does not arrange same-room sharing. If you
have any specific need (no pets, allergies, etc) please let us know in advance, at the time of booking .Homestay arrivals are
always on Sundays and departures on Saturdays (one week=6 nights). Homestays are invoiced at a "per night price," not at a
weekly price. Latest arrival time at homestays is at 23:00 (11 p.m.). Apartments: One week=7 nights. Occupants as indicated.
Housing will be confirmed based on availability. If the accommodation you selected is not available we will provide you with a
suitable alternative. A $200 deposit is required to book an accommodation. TLA will retain the housing deposit if cancellations
are received less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Accommodation changes cannot be guaranteed and will be
granted based on availability, upon a 10-business day notice.
