Start Dates: GE Programs start every Monday. If Monday is a holiday, classes will start on Tuesday. All group programs have a
maximum of 14 students in a class. GEP has a maximum of 5 students. Absolute beginners are required to attend some private
classes. A 24-hour cancellation / reservation notice is required for private lessons. Classes meet from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 and 11:00
a.m. to 12:40 p.m. OR from 1:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. and 3:30 to 5:10 p.m. School calendar and class hours may vary without notice.

Executive Programs start on the First and Third Monday of each month. Private Executive lessons are $ 80.00 each. For semi-private
(2 to 1) add $ 40 for the second participant. A 24-hour cancellation / reservation notice is required for private lessons. Executive
classes have a maximum of 5 students. Each lesson is 50 minutes. Executive Group classes may be combined with ESP one-toone
sessions. ESP topics include English for Tourism, Law, Marketing & International Trade, Finance, and Aviation.
TLA reserves the right to cancel the course by giving students a 2-week notice, with all monies refunded.

TOEIC exam and TLA administrative fee = U$110.00 (TLA is a TOEIC test center). TOEFL and Cambridge students are responsible for
making their own test appointment and ensuring their own transportation to the Test Center. The TOEFL test fee (credit card
required) is payable directly to the Official Test Center. The minimum enrollment for the TOEFL preparation course is 4 weeks.
Start date FCE and CAE JANUARY 4, 2010:10 weeks including exam week - Test dates: FCE March 11-13 CAE March 6 and 11-13.
Start date FCE and CAE MARCH 29, 2010: 12 weeks, including exam week - Test dates: FCE June 15-17 CAE June 16 and 18
Start date FCE and CAE SEPTEMBER 20: 12 weeks including exam week - Test dates: FCE December 7-9 CAE December 8-10
The U$375 exam and school administrative fee is NOT included in the tuition. It is non-refundable. Test dates may change without
notice. Please note that the Cambridge test site is located in Miami, FL. Students must arrange for their own transportation.

In 2010, there will be no classes on: January 1, April 2, May 31, July 2, September 6, November 25 and 26, December 24 and December 31.
Classes missed because of holidays will not be refunded or replaced. All approved refunds will be made within 30 days to the entity that paid
for the course. If the course cancellation occurs prior to the course commencement date, monies paid will be refunded in full, except for the
registration fee, test fees and insurance paid by the School on behalf of the student and mailing expenses for I-20 forms and/ or materials.
TLA reserves the right to replace group classes with private classes. Please read the enrollment rules and conditions carefully.
